01 Do I need to give you my X password?
No. You connect through X. CleanX never sees or stores your password.
02 Does CleanX post anything on my behalf?
No. CleanX only requests read and unfollow permissions. It never tweets, follows, or messages for you.
03 Is this a subscription?
No. Each purchase adds an unfollow credit pack to your account. Buy another pack only when you need more credits. There is no recurring charge.
04 How does CleanX decide what's spam?
A combination of account inactivity, follower-to-following ratio, and known bot and spam signals.
05 Can I undo an unfollow?
You can follow someone again on X. CleanX keeps the original unfollow in your cleanup receipt so your history stays accurate.
06 Does CleanX unfollow automatically?
Only after you choose the accounts and press Start. CleanX works gradually through that list. Recommendations are never added automatically.
